Paper cups are a direct touchpoint in the tea-drinking experience. For this café chain, comfort and safety became an unexpected challenge.

The Challenge

The cups used thinner paper, making them uncomfortable to hold when filled with hot tea, increasing spill risks and customer discomfort.

Our Solution

We upgraded the paper thickness, improved heat insulation, resized the cups to allow safe grip space, and added “Hot Area” and “Hold Area” markings for clarity.

The Result

Spill incidents were reduced immediately, customer comfort improved, and the client entrusted GreenPack with revamping their entire paper cup range.
